The shadow of fear or doubt. The shadow of a mistake you made in the past.

The shadow of what might happen in the future when the sun’s ahead of you and your shadow is behind. The shadow of what has happened in the past when the sun’s behind you and your shadow is in front.
Be careful, or your shadow might strangle you.
The shadow of expectations: the ones you’ve gotten from family members and society. The ones that you put on yourself.
Be careful, or your shadow might strangle you.
